Returns Policy

We at EYESONLINE guarantee your lenses. If you are not pleased with your order, contact us via email.

All lenses distributed from Eyesonline have a full manufacturer's warranty.

It is expected that any person purchasing contact lenses from this site ( www.eyesonline.com.au ) is an experienced contact lens wearer who is fully versed in the features of the product they are ordering and its suitability for their eyes, as determined by their usual eyecare practitioner.

If ordering coloured contact lenses, we would expect that the client has already tried the colour they are ordering and determined it to be cosmetically suitable for their use.

Claims for manufacturing defects will be assessed on an individual basis and normal warranties against manufacturing defects will be adhered to.

Sunglasses are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, but this does not include any damage caused by misuse or abuse. (e.g. damage from sitting on the sunglasses.)

This also does not include the scratching of lenses, however achieved.

All products will be inspected before shipping and will be packaged in order to arrive in good order and condition at the clients shipping address.

It is expected that the client knows exactly the details of what they wish to purchase from eyesOnline and in the case of sunglasses, has already tried the product and deemed it to be suitable for their requirements.

Products may not be returned in the event of the client trying them out and subsequently changing their mind.

We are unable to refund returned lenses unless they have been supplied incorrectly. Lenses that have been opened cannot be credited.


Please note: there will be a $20 cancellation fee which will be taken from the refunded amount if you cancel your order for any reason. We are unable to accept returned individual lenses or half open boxes.
