If you have an emergency i.e. parcels that go astray, leave a message and we will get back to you by email or phone. All other enquiries are dealt with only email.

Our high standard of service and low prices are offered with an expectation, that our customers wear contact lenses and are seasoned wearers requiring no education or information from us.

We also expect minimal interaction with our customers to minimise staff wages and we pass that significant saving onto our customers in the form of low prices.
