Acuvue 2 contact lens is soft and disposable that you can wear during the day for up to two weeks and then throw away.

Acuvue 2’s new Contour Intelligent Design helps the lens to "sit up" on the tip of your finger for easier placement on your eye. Acuvue 2 lenses also include a 1-2-3 inside out mark on the outer edge of the lens to help you make sure you have put your lenses in correctly.

All Acuvue contact lenses have a UV-blocking feature which blocks up to 99% of potentially harmful UVB rays and 88% of UVA rays.

Focus Night and Day 

 
Focus Night and Day are the first contact lenses which can be worn for up to 30 nights extended wear.

Extended wear contact lenses have traditionally been a form of vision correction, which has seldom been successful. Contact lenses provide a barrier to the transmission of oxygen from the atmosphere which is required for the normal function of the cornea. When they are worn for daytime wear only, the eye can maintain reasonable oxygen levels and function without problems. However, if you add night time wear as well, the eye has little time to recover and complications can occur.

Up to the release of Focus Night and Day lenses there has not been a soft contact lens that allows the eye to breathe adequately for overnight wear. Recent advances in research have now provided a new lens material that allows your eyes to ‘breathe’ naturally giving them enough oxygen during sleep. Focus Night and Day lenses use this new material, allowing you to wear lenses up to 30 nights without removal.
